1 Do we sell or share personal information

No. Threadline News does not sell personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, as those terms are defined in the CCPA and CPRA. This has been true for the life of the site, including the preceding 12 months.

Because there is no sale or sharing, there is nothing to opt out of.

2 What we collect

The categories are short: an email address if you subscribe to something, the signup context and consent proof described in Privacy Policy clause 2, and standard server logs. We collect no sensitive personal information as the CPRA defines it, and we make no inferences about you.

3 Your rights

Know

Ask what personal information we hold about you and receive a copy.

Correct

Ask us to correct personal information that is inaccurate.

Delete

Ask us to delete your personal information. This removes your signup rows and your mailing-platform contact.

Opt out

Opt out of sale or sharing. We do neither, and this page says so on the record.

No retaliation

Exercising any of these rights changes nothing about how the site treats you. There is no account to restrict and no pricing to change.

4 How to exercise them

Send a request by email, with Privacy request in the subject line, or follow the steps at Data requests. We verify a request by confirming with the email address it concerns, because that address is the only identifier we hold. An authorised agent may submit for you with written permission we can verify with you directly.

We acknowledge within five working days and respond within 45 days, extendable once by a further 45 days where the law allows, in which case we tell you why.
